The co-main event is a battle of giants as 6’8” 265 pound UFC Champion Tim Sylvia defends his title against 6’10”, 265 pound challenge Gan McGee.

The under card features such rising UFC stars as Rich Franklin, Andrei Arlovski, Hermes Franca, and Josh Thomson. A total of 9 fights.
