This DVD contains 7 Ken Suburi, Ki Musubi No Tachi, 5 Kumitachi and Henka No Tachi routines.
The original soundtrack is in Japanese and is dubbed into English.
Extra bonus tracks include two rare pieces of film footage - namely:- a documentary on the first visit of Sensei SAITO to California in 1974, and inclusion of a demonstration of this Sensei's sabre routine at the Japanese Budokan in Tokyo, in 1989.
