This DVD contains 31 Jo Kata, 20 Jo Suburi, 31 Jo Kumijo, 10 Kumijo, and 13 Jo Awase routines.
The original soundtrack is in Japanese and is dubbed into English.
Extra bonus tracks include two rare pieces of film footage - namely:- firstly a documentary from 1964, showing Sensei SAITO in a demonstration of Taijitsu and Katas of Ken & Jo. The second is a demonstration of the Jo (Staff) carried out in 1981 at the time of the “All-Japan Aikido Demonstration”. Sensei shows these 31 Kata Jo, with the movements of Awase, and Kumijo.
